Fleshconnection Concrete wants fair treatment for everyone who contacts the service. Please report anything you believe went wrong. This page explains the complaint process and what follows. It is a general template and does not provide legal advice.

First, Identify the Concern

You can contact us about:

  • Your experience using our phone or messaging service
  • How your personal details were handled
  • Website information that seems confusing or inaccurate
  • The behavior of a provider we connected you with

Start Work Concerns With the Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, prices, workmanship and customer service. For problems with work at your property, raise the issue directly with the provider first. Keep a written record of those discussions.

Please also tell us about the issue. Provider feedback helps us maintain an honest network. Repeated shortcomings may result in a provider's removal. Fleshconnection Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return payments made to a provider or represent that provider.

Send the Details for Review

Email contact@fleshconnection.online with the following information:

  • Your name and preferred contact details
  • When you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number or form you used, if remembered
  • The provider's name, if known
  • A brief account of the issue and the action you would like us to take

How We Handle Your Message

We will acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will investigate what happened and may contact the provider as part of that review. Our reply will explain our findings and any action we intend to take.

Request Another Review or Outside Help

If the response does not resolve your concern, reply to request another review. You may also approach your state consumer protection office, attorney general or local Better Business Bureau. For concerns involving a licensed contractor, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to assist.
